Q:  How do I register for the Laptop Testing Program?

A:  You MUST review the Notice for Laptop Testing Program & Laptop System Requirements, submit a Laptop Registration Form, Laptop Statement of Compliance, the $75.00 technology fee with your completed bar application by the deadline.  Thereafter you will be required to pay an additional $100.00 software fee to use the software provided by ExamSoft.

Q:  Can I submit one fee for both the filing fee and the Laptop Testing Program fee?

A: No. There are three separate fees:  1. $815.00 bar application filing fee payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and 2. $75.00 technology fee payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (both filed with your bar application), and 3.  $100.00 Software fee payable to ExamSoft after you have registered for the Laptop Testing Program.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
