Filing Instructions
WHAT
FORMS SHOULD I FILE WITH THE BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS?
Any person desiring Special Accommodations for the Massachusetts
bar examination or Alternate Site Seating in Springfield, Massachusetts
is required to file with the Board of Bar Examiners:
1.
Nonstandard Testing Accommodations

Testing:

If you have a disability that will require special assistance
or accommodations on the bar examination, you must complete and
file the Nonstandard Testing
Accommodation Petition form available at the Board's
office or the Board's web site: www.mass.gov/bbe.
- Both
the applicant and professionals must complete these forms to provide
the Board with details and documentation relating to the disability.
- The
Nonstandard Testing Accommodations
Petition shall be returned to the Board
no later than 75 days prior to the date of examination. Do not
submit this form to the Court with your Bar Application.
